a lot of personal stuff has gotten in the way of my fitness journey
but i’m ready to do it again.
clocking it in at 111 pounds:
which seems like something to strive for, but this is the heaviest i’ve ever been.
and it shows; i struggle to put on my jeans, and i feel so uncomfortable in my body.
my stomach region is embarrassing to me nowadays; it’s nowhere near as flat or toned as it used to be. even at 111 lbs, i’ve got a stomach bulge.
my goals:
tighten up my stomach, so i can wear my two pieces with happiness.
control my portions; drink nothing but water.
loosen up on the carbs and sugars.
it starts…after this pasta. D:
I really need it, just as much as you. Don’t give up the goals.
